Footlighters Reception

Our next sponsored event is the September 6 Footlighters’ Reception.  As in the past, we will be providing the hors d’oeuvres for their reception following opening night of the first play of the season.  This is one of the obligations incurred, in addition to ushering, which nets us a percentage of ticket sales.  Ellie has consented to chair this event again, and several of you have already volunteered to provide goodies or assist in setup and cleanup.  Those volunteering to set up should arrive at the theater at 9:00 p.m.  Setup cannot begin until intermission is over.  Those of you donating delectables may either deliver them that evening at 9:00 p.m. or bring them to our business meeting Sept. 5.

Summer Patio Party and Family Service Project

Mark your calendar!  August 1st is the Zonta Club of Redlands' Patio Party.  Wendy Posjena is our host this year. Festivities start at 6:00 pm at 406 Eucalyptus Dr. Dinner will be catered and the standing reservations are not valid. Please call Linda at 794-7803 to make your reservation for this exciting event.

Help Family Services get ready for back-to-school.  Bring jars of peanut butter and jelly and a box of powdered milk to our patio party August 1.  Deborah Severo will collect and deliver to Family Services.
